  3. Add to Cart: Place your selection in the cart and proceed to checkout. Leave a note with your pet's name if With Name is Yes.
  4. Order and Wait: Once your photo is confirmed, allow 2-3 business days for processing. We'll handle the rest, and your custom item will be on its way to you!

Did not receive order

It has been almost two months, and I receive an email saying my order was “fulfilled”

We responded, confirming with the shipping carrier that your package was lost in transit and requested your updated address for a replacement shipment. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you.

Missing Product

I simply cannot rate my experience anything less than the 1 star option however if I could I’d give 0 stars. My product did not arrive and when I emailed support regarding its absence, I was never answered.
