Refund Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! Cats and dogs are not only pets to us but also our family and friends. 

Due to the highly customized nature of all the products we produce at Paint Your Pet, we cannot offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet. If the work has not been started and you would like a refund please contact us as soon as possible and we can process a refund for you. But no quality problems will not be returned once made.         

If you would like to make any changes to the information provided to us, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make such necessary amendments needed prior to shipping the Product(-s). Please note however that there are no guarantees that such amendments can be made in due time, hence the delivery information provided by you in connection with the placement of an order will apply if not otherwise agreed by us in writing.             

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist.

Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the image that has been uploaded with your order. In the event that your image is not suitable, our team will request that you provide an alternative image. 

If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit which is not a result of your own actions,we will of course replace it or refund without question. Please contact our support on service@paintyourpet.com within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.Please note, if you are able to include a photo of the order in your initial email, this will allow us to work much faster to resolve any issues.                 

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee will not be refunded.

You are responsible for submit a high-quality photo that adheres to our photo guidelines.Please note that we cannot create any characteristics that are not visible in your image. If you do not follow our image guidelines or if the image you provide is poor quality, we cannot guarantee an optimal result.It's important to review our Photo Guideline to understand what makes a good photo.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
